热带腹股沟肉芽肿 I

也称性病性肉芽肿或杜诺凡肉芽肿[以其发现者，英国内科医生查尔斯·杜诺凡(1863-1951)的名字命名]

1.它是什么？
热带腹股沟肉芽肿是一种由性接触传播的细菌性传染病。该病在世界大多数国家罕见（中国大陆尚未发现此病——译者注），但是在巴西、印度、澳洲、新西兰和南非比较常见。

2.它由什么引起？
热带腹股沟肉芽肿由微小的微生物肉芽肿荚膜杆菌所引起。（calymmatobacterium granulomatis）

3.它如何传播？
该病通过阴道性交、口交和肛交传播。病程早期，症状容易被忽略。因此，感染者能够不知不觉地传染给他人。

1. What is it?
Granuloma  inguinale is a bacterial infection transmitted by sexual contact. The disease is rare in most parts of the world, but common in Brazil, India, Australia, New Guinea, and Southern Africa.

2. What causes it?
Granuloma Inguinale is caused by the tiny organism calymmatobacterium granulomatis.

3. How is it transmitted?
The disease is transmitted through vaginal, oral, and anal sexual contact. In its early stages, the symptoms are easily overlooked. Therefore, infected persons can spread it unknowingly.
