女用避孕套
女用避孕套(femidom)
或稱陰道襯袋(vaginal pouch)，是一種由聚亞胺酯塑膠製成的菲薄的預潤滑鞘袋，其兩端各有一個環。封閉的一端被插入陰道，其中的一個環環扣著子宮頸，而另一個環仍保持於陰道外，部分地貼附于陰唇。象男用避孕套一樣，女用避孕套也於射精後接納精液，並借此防止精子進入子宮。與此同時，女用避孕套也為預防性傳播疾病起著保護作用(另見：女用安全套) 。 |

Female Condom
The female condom (femidom) or vaginal pouch is a thin lubricated sheath of polyurethane plastic with flexible rings at both ends. One of these ends is closed. It is inserted into the vagina, where one of the rings covers the cervix while the other ring remains visible outside, partially covering the vaginal lips. Like the male condom, it catches the semen after ejaculation and thus prevents it from entering the uterus. At the same time, the female condom also offers some protection from sexually transmitted infections.
Effectiveness: Fairly effective, if used correctly. |
