妊娠測試: 妊娠實驗的運用
在市場上，有數種家庭妊娠實驗（器）（HPTs）可供購買。最敏感的妊娠實驗能夠在胚泡植入子宮內膜後不久就能檢測到結果。胚泡植入通常發生在排卵後約10天。通常，停經後數天，這種實驗的陽性結果是可靠的。
在藥房、藥店或網上能夠買到家庭妊娠實驗（器）。遵照包裝的說明書，可以容易地使用妊娠實驗。經過操作，在顯示窗上或以“+”號的形式，會顯示陽性或陰性結果。

Pregnancy Test: Using the Test
There are several kinds of home pregnancy tests (HPTs) on the market, and they differ in their degree of sensitivity. The most sensitive tests can detect a pregnancy shortly after the implantation of the fertilized, growing egg (blastocyst) in the uterine lining. This usually occurs ca. 10 days after ovulation. As a general rule, the test becomes reliably positive a few days after a missed menstrual period.
The tests can be purchased in pharmacies and drug stores or in the internet. They are easy to use by following the enclosed instructions. The positive or negative test result is shown in a display window in the form of a colored line or a “plus” sign.
