在德国，已经制定出非常切合实际的安全性行为指南。因为我国有数个比较大的少数民族和宗教少数人群（这是推动德国制定安全性行为指南的因素之一——译者注）。该指南共23页，有19个语言版本，为设计精美的袖珍型小册子，必须的知识一览无遗。它由联邦健康教育中心 (Federal Center for Health Education，德语简称BZgA)制作。该中心为德国联邦健康与社会安全局的下属机构。既然该小册子作为一种模式可能为其他国家所用，而且它既具有科学上的精确性，也通俗易懂，我们将其全部内容翻译成英文译本，并直接放置在网上。（本中文译本根据其英文译本翻译，也直接放置在原网站，供母语为中文的读者参考——译者注。）这个小册子也包括了有关无感染风险行为和情形的知识。

An excellent current example of general guidelines has been produced in Germany, a country with several large ethnic and religious minorities. The necessary information is contained in a well-designed, small-size brochure of 23 pages available in 19 languages and produced by the Federal Center for Health Education (BZgA), an agency of the German Federal Ministry for Health and Social Security. Since the brochure can serve as a model for others and is both scientifically accurate and easy to understand, we are reproducing its complete English version here directly online. This also includes information about behavior and situations that carry no risk of infection.
