AIDS風險摘要：

如果血液、精液或陰道分泌液進入人的血液裏，極可能被感染。當共用注射器時，就會發生感染，但主要在無保護的性行為中發生感染。

已感染的孕婦能夠感染她的胎兒，也能在分娩或哺乳時傳染給她的孩子。在德國，與輸用血液製品和輸血相關的感染已經被降低到盡可能低的程度。

當在國外旅行時，您可能得不到您在國內相同品質的醫學照護。如果有疑問，詢問所使用的醫療用具是否是消過毒的和是否那裏僅使用經過檢測的血液製品。

在歐洲以外的許多國家，AIDS和其他性傳播疾病遠比我國更為流行。而且那裏所提供的安全套不一定能夠保證品質。所以：帶足安全套-而且當與新結交的夥伴發生性行為時，要帶上它。要始終如一！

安全套只能與不含脂肪的潤滑劑配合使用。油劑、油脂、脂肪、乳酪和凡士林都會損壞安全套。此外：安全套不耐高溫。

THE  RISKS  IN   BRIEF:

You can become infected if blood, seminal or vaginal fluid gets into the blood system. This happens when sharing syringes, but primarily during unprotected sex.

An infected mother can infect her baby in the womb, during birth or when breast-feeding. The risk associated with blood products and blood transfusions has been reduced to an absolute minimum in Germany.

When travelling abroad, you may not be able to expect the same quality of medical care that you enjoy at home. If in doubt, ask whether the instruments used are disinfected and whether only tested blood products are used.

AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases are far more common in many countries outside Europe than they are here. And the condoms available there are not always of the accustomed high quality. So: take enough with you - and use them when you have sex with a new partner. Always!

Condoms are only compatible with fat-free lubricants. Oils, greases, fats, creams and vaseline damage the condom. And: condoms are sensitive to heat.
