除了非常有效的措施以外，當接受輸血和血漿時，有極低危險。為此，建議您手術前儲備自己的血液，需要時輸用自己的血液。如果按照規章對血液製品做相應的處理，滅活的血液製品不傳染HIV。

low - residual risk when receiving blood and blood plasma. For this
reason, you are recommended to
donate your own blood for scheduled
operations. Inactivated blood products
are virtually HIV-safe if manufactured according to the regulations.
