What is Sexual Health?

The WHO as Pioneer

The World Health Organization has dared
to provide definitions of sexual health,
and for this it deserves just as much
recognition as criticism. These
definitions may not be universally and
eternally valid, but the ideal they
proclaim has some value for our own
society at the present time. This ideal
summarizes the best hopes of many women
and men living today, and it can - in
competition with other ideals – have
some benign influence on the way we
conduct ourselves. |
