Orgasm without Ejaculation
It is the sudden, convulsive release from this overall tension that constitutes orgasm. The ejaculation of semen is only incidental to this release. Orgasm and ejaculation are two different processes. While it is true that, in men, there can be no ejaculation without orgasm, there can very well be orgasm without ejaculation.
