BORNEO (Indonesia)
(Kayans, Dayak, Dusun, Murungs)
Penis pins are normally installed at puberty or later (see Brown, [1991:p437][1]; Burns, 1849:p149)[2] (cf. Kayans). Lumholtz (1920/1992)[3] notes the absence of puberty rites among the PENYAHBONGS, DUHOI (Ot-Danums), and the existence of a menarche rite among the OMA-SULINGS.
