mentalidad del urologo en relación a `etiquetar' a los pacientes como varicocele unico izquierdo y
comenzar a enfocar los casos para varicocelectomia bilateral por la presencia sublinica del varicocele del
lado derecho.
Es de nuevo un trabajo del duo Amelar‐Dubin 1.987 que da el impulso definitivo para ésta actitud
